Questions we get asked

Below are a couple of questions that we thought you might like answering.
If you have any more questions then feel free to get in touch!
How do you quote for projects?

We quote for projects on a job by job basis. This allows us to tailor our quotation and gives us the opportunity to recommend the best equipment and crew for your shoot. Quotes can begained from our head of operations, Issy Wells via visiting the contact page.

Are you insured and licensed?

Yes, we have £10 million public liability and some of the best permissions in the UK from the Civil Aviation Authority. These permissions allow us to operate heavy lift drones in restricted areas and city centres.

What cameras can you fly?

We can fly a wide range of cinema cameras from the Arri Alexa 35, Mini and LF to the Sony Venice 1 and 2 as well as Arri Film cameras too. We have also flown some exceptional lenses on productions around the world.

Can you fly in rain or bad weather?

No. Although some of our systems do have weatherproof features, we don’t fly in the rain and don’t use rain spinners.

Can you operate internationally?

Yes, our pilots have operated in over 30 countries worldwide and we’ve got a huge range of international permissions too.
